Swiss Plum Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    For crust,
    mix
    butter, flour, 1 teaspoon of the sugar and 1 beaten
    egg.
    Mix
    like pie dough.\tLine 8 x 12-inch pan with this dough.
    Mix

    1/2
    cups
    sugar, sour cream, 2 well beaten eggs and cinnamon and pour over crust into which halved fresh or frozen plums
    have
    been placed (cut side up in even rows).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
