Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour mixture.
    Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle nuts and chips on top of batter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool in pan and then cut into squares.
