Zippy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    2 Tbsp. pimento, diced (4 oz. or 2 oz. jar)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. undrained cottage cheese
    1 c. crushed pineapple, partially drained
    generous sprinkling of dehydrated horseradish (1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp.)
    1 c. very hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Cool and add other ingredients, stirring to blend them in.
    Put in refrigerator until firm.
    May be served on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise and paprika as a garnish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
