Beef And Beer Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. lean beef, cut into cubes
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Coat beef cubes with flour and salt.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in oil in large skillet.
    Add meat and remaining ingredients, except noodles.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender, checking to add water as needed.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
