Good Luck Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    With a fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
    Beat remaining ingredients and combine the 2 mixtures.
    Stir with a fork until moist throughout.
    Using hands, mold into 5 balls.
    Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
    Roll into a pie crust or freeze each ball for later.
    Makes 5 crusts.
