Potato Chive Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 tsp. chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half (leave peelings on).
    Put in salted water and boil until done.
    Drain and put potatoes in long baking dish and chop.
    Melt margarine and cheese.
    Add sour cream and chives; salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well with potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
