Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (floured), or 1 lb. roast beef
    2 Tbsp. oleo or Crisco
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic
    16 oz. can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown onions and garlic in oil.
    Add meat.
    Brown.
    Add mushrooms, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add sour cream just before serving.
    Pour over rice or pasta.
