Black Bean Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 burrito-size tortillas
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 cans black beans, drained and pureed in processor
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and onion salt. Spread black beans, then cheese mixture on tortillas. Roll and refrigerate. Slice and serve with hot sauce.
