Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
6 to 7 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter
Preparation

Bring milk just to a boil; remove from heat and add butter and salt.
Let set until lukewarm.
Mix together and add the warm water, yeast and sugar.
Mix and then stir in flour.
Mix and knead.
Let stand until doubled, 40 to 60 minutes.
Flatten out and spread with 1/4 cup soft butter.
Sprinkle with desired amount of sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices.
Rub butter on top.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
