Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
    Place squash, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish.
    Add 1/2-inch boiling water to pan.
