Skillet Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 large can chopped green chiles, drained
    6 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
Preparation
    In skillet, cook sausage in small amount of water; drain. Add onion, green chiles (drained), 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Saut.
    Remove meat mixture.
    Melt butter; add hash browns. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
    Press into pan lightly.
    Add eggs. Spoon meat mixture in and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cook on medium-low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
    Serves 6.
