Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water in bowl.
    Add sugar, salt and flour; mix well.
    Knead on floured board.
    Make 16 pieces.
    Shape into pretzel.
    Brush beaten egg on top of dough.
    Sprinkle coarse salt. Spray cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
