Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick butter, melted
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (already browned)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
