Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 c. apples, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix the ingredients in order given and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
