Macaroni And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

16 oz. elbow macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 lb. grated Wisconsin Cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain enough macaroni to fill a medium size casserole 1/3 full.
Mix cheese, eggs and milk to macaroni while it is still hot from boiling.
Pour into casserole; cover with cheese (add sprinkles of chips, crushed, or crackers, crushed, if you want). Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes until cheese/milk is well set.
Then broil at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
