Overnight Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1 large can fruit cocktail
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 jar cherries
    1 large can white grapes
    2 1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 or 2 cans pineapple chunks
    1 can frozen orange juice
    8 oz. pkg. sour cream
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Drain all fruit and place in a large bowl.
    Set aside.
    In a double boiler, mix frozen orange juice and 2 cups of sugar.
    Beat 2 eggs; pour in container with orange juice and sugar.
    Cook until these ingredients are thick.
    Should come to a rolling boil.
    Set aside to cool.
    After it has cooled, mix 8 ounces sour cream and 1 cup whipping cream.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour over fruit. Place in freezer and let freeze overnight.
