Perky Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 c. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes at least 1/2 hour, spreading out on paper towels.
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    and
    add
    to
    thawed potatoes. Place in
    greased
    9
    x 12-inch pan and (optional) if desired, spread crushed
    cornflakes over top for added crispness (I use Italian seasoned
    bread
    crumbs
    on top instead of cornflakes, also extra grated
    cheese
    on
    top).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Freezes well before baking.
