Maryland Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump backfin crab
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. capers
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and capers.
Remove 1/4 of mixture.
Add crabmeat to remainder and blend lightly.
Divide into four clean crab shells or individual casseroles.
Top with remaining mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes (until light brown and heated through).
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and lemon wedge.
Serves 4.
