Sweet And Sour Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
1/4 c. green onion, chopped finely
Preparation

Soften cream cheese; gradually stir in 1 cup pecans, pepper, pineapple, seasoning salt and onion.
Chill.
Form into a ball and roll in pecans.
(For fancy affairs, garnish with cherries, sliced pineapple and parsley.)
