Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    paprika to taste
    toppings as desired
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out the insides, leaving a thin layer of potato in skin.
    Cut shells in half again lengthwise.
    Brush with butter and seasonings.
    Add toppings if desired and broil until brown, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 16 potato skins.
