Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg well.
    Add sugar and beat until light and creamy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to the egg and sugar. Beat well and add the apples, raisins, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into a well buttered baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes in a slow oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
