Diabetes Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. frozen, concentrated pineapple juice
    1/3 c. frozen, concentrated apple juice
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sunflower oil or soy oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice or cloves
    1 mashed banana (small to medium)
    2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
    3/4 to 1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix liquids.
    Add soda to activate, then spices, then dry ingredients.
    Mix in flour and raisins last.
    Drop on greased cookie sheet and flatten a little before putting in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 8 to 10 minutes.
