Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 qt. strawberries
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Crush 1/2 of the strawberries and place in saucepan. Add sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook on medium heat until thick.
Add rest of strawberries, either whole or cut up.
Cool and pour into pie shell.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
