Half Moon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sour milk (or milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    frosting
Preparation
    With mixer, cream shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla.
    In bowl, mix dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients and sour mix alternately to creamed shortening mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 12 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
    Cool.
    Frost 1/2 cookie with vanilla frosting and 1/2 cookie with chocolate frosting.
