Seafood Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 crepes
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. cooked shrimp
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat, thawed and drained
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. light cream (half and half)
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare crepes.
    Cook and stir mushrooms and 2 tablespoons onions in margarine until onions are tender.
    Stir in seafood, half and half and cream cheese.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
    Spoon 1/4 of the filling down center of each crepe; roll up.
    Place in ungreased rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches.
    Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until cheese is melted and crepes are heated through, 4 to 6 minutes; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons onion.
