Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned (4 to 5 chicken breasts can be substituted)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (I use 1 can Cheddar cheese soup if I don't have Velveeta)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large bag Doritos (any flavor)
Preparation
    Place boneless meat in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Crumble 1/2 of the bag of Doritos and sprinkle over meat.
    Mix the soups, broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese together. Warm over medium heat.
    Mix well and pour over chicken and Doritos.
    Add other 1/2 of Doritos and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
