Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) frozen mixed cauliflower, carrots and broccoli, thawed
1 can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar) (1 c. in casserole and 1/2 c. on top)
Preparation

Mix together and bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
