Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped nuts (save 1 c. to roll cheese ball in)
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
- 
                            Soften cream cheese.
Stir in ingredients.
Shape into ball. Chill, then roll in chopped nuts.
