Seafood For Patty Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 patty shells
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. green pepper slices
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or lobster
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Saute celery and peppers in butter until tender.
Add flour and cook until smooth.
Remove from heat and blend in milk. Cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring until cheese is melted and seafood is hot.
Spoon into baked patty shells. Makes an excellent lunch.
