Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted plain flour
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
1 small sour cream
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) oleo
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Allow butter, eggs and sour cream to come to room temperature. Add soda to sour cream then add to butter and sugar which has been creamed together and beat 2 minutes.
Add 2 eggs at a time, alternating with flour until all is used.
Add flavorings.
Pour into tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 275\u00b0 oven.
