Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
16 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Place 2/3 crushed cookies in bottom of 10 x 15-inch pan.
Whip the cream cheese and margarine.
Add whipped topping.
Add milk. Add pudding.
Whip until mixture becomes thick.
Put mixture on top of crushed cookies.
Complete with remaining cookies on top of mixture.
