Torch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 box instant toasted coconut pudding
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Pour into well-greased Bundt pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
