Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes, boiled
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. grated cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cream together the first four ingredients until well mixed. Mash potatoes and blend together with creamed mixture until fluffy. Spoon into a well-greased, 2-quart casserole dish.
Dot on top of casserole 2 tablespoons margarine.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and paprika.
