Brian'S Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine and cocoa.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat. Stir in flour and peanut butter and mix well.
Gently stir in coconut and walnuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove and spread marshmallow cream (2 jars) while hot.
Let cool and frost.
