Thailand Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. can corn
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. hot chili powder
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    4 green onions
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain the corn.
    Crush the kernels for a few seconds in a blender.
    Peel and chop the garlic and onion.
    Mix with everything, except the oil.
    Heat the oil and drop in a few teaspoonfuls of the mixture.
    Fry gently for 3 minutes.
    Turn over and repeat.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve them while they're hot.
