Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple (No. 2)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Mix with crushed pineapple and cook until clear and thick.
    Beat egg yolks and add to pineapple mixture.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from stove and cool.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Add whipped cream topping.
    Simple and delicious.
