Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot mashed potatoes (4 potatoes)
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. potato water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cool to lukewarm the potatoes, shortening and potato water. Then dissolve yeast into potato mixture.
Add sugar, egg, 1 cup flour and salt.
Mix thoroughly and set in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
