Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Melt Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels over hot (not boiling) water; remove from heat.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add water; beat until smooth.
