Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and grated
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, reserving some cheese for topping.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
