Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    5 to 6 tsp. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
    2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
    2 cans green beans
    1 can English peas
    1 c. cabbage
    1 bay leaf
    basil
    pepper
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven or crock-pot.
    Simmer until vegetables are done or cook all day on low in crock-pot.
