Eggplant Sauce Or Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggplants (Japanese)
salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Broil eggplants until tender.
Peel and mash.
Set aside. Chop garlic finely and add to mashed eggplant.
Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
