Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 c. raw apples, chopped
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients (batter will be very stiff).
Lightly grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake until brown.
