Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and bubbly.
