Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 12 carrots
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, sliced
    bread crumbs (for topping)
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots.
    Make white sauce.
    Layer carrots and cheese (end with carrots).
    Add white sauce and crumbs.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
