Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
Preparation

Rub the pork with vegetable oil, then season with the Old Bay and the garlic. Heat grill to medium; grill on either an outdoor or indoor grill.
Grill the pork over the medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 160\u00b0, about 30 to 50 minutes. Keep checking so as not to under or overcook, turning often to grill evenly.
