Saucy Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef short ribs, deboned and cut into 2-inch pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 bottle Heinz barbecue sauce with onions
    1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. orange rind or 2 sliced pineapple, drained and cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Prepare ribs in a pressure cooker according to the directions in cooker.
    Pour off fat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Baste well, bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Serve with hot rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
