Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. margarine, softened
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each: salt, cinnamon and vanilla
1 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together; pour in sprayed square baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
