Picante Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce (or according to your taste)
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in margarine.
    Stir into peas and simmer until thick or until you think ingredients have blended their flavors, about 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
