E Z Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into strips.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and the baking powder in a medium size bowl. Combine the milk and egg; beat well. Combine the flour mixture to milk and egg mixture and stir very well. Dip the chicken strips in the batter mixture, coating both sides.
    Place in a large skillet with oil or shortening and deep fry until the strips are golden brown in color.
    Serve with your favorite sauces.
    Makes 8 to 10 strips.
