Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 small lemons
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks (set aside egg whites to be used later), butter and sugar.
    Add juice from the lemons.
    Add flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture last.
    Gently pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Middle should be firm. Makes a 9-inch pie.
